Miss Prissiness Came to Town

As Andy said in our last post, this week has been a whirlwind of events. The weekend was no exception. Andy's sister Lissy came to town to help me prepare for a holiday shopping event that is going to be on Thursday. Miss Prissiness has a booth and we had a lot of work to do to get our stuff ready to sell and display. Andy's Mom was originally going to come and help me work the booth, but now she has to stay home and keep an eye on Andy's Dad. I think Lissy and I have most of the prepping done and I really think it is going to come together nicely. I'm a little worried about running the show on my own, but I'm sure I can manage. Andy is going to help me set everything up. Thank you Lissy for making the trip and coming to help me! You did a great job.

While Lissy was in town, we obviously worked on Miss Prissiness stuff, but we also went shopping, house hunting, and out to dinner. A new department store had their grand opening this weekend and we went to check it out. They were passing out truffles and roses when you walked in the door, and Andy and I both agree the truffles were delicious! We headed up to the children's department and I found the cutest Christmas dress for Briley. She is going to look adorable in it! Andy says it is the perfect nightgown since she will probably sleep through Midnight Mass. We then headed to Park Place (a new area that just opened up) and had dinner at a place called Ingredient. It was a hit with everyone so I am sure we will be going back very soon. After dinner we went outside and watched the ice skaters. The ice skating rink just opened up this weekend and Briley really enjoyed watching them and showing off her dance moves.

I have posted some pictures below of Briley in some of my new tutus. She only had patience for two so I'll take some of the other tutus on another day.
