Well, this past week has been somewhat of a hard week in the Early household; I joined the ever-growing masses when I was laid off from my job at the bank on Wednesday. This was something that we did not see coming as the bank gave no indication that they were contemplating such a move. Since then I have been mass-mailing my resume to all my contacts and I’m glad to say I have a very good lead on a new job with the company I use to work for. Until then, my list of jobs around the house is keeping me busy and I am also looking forward to spending some much treasured time with Briley. Keep us in your prayers and keep your fingers crossed; we will keep you posted on any updates.
This past weekend we loaded up the family roadster and made a trek across the state to Ms. Bella Lou’s 1st birthday party at Ryan and Sara’s house in St. Louis. The party was great, the birthday girl was beautiful, and it was great to see our family. As you can see below, Bella was a very happy girl and I think she had a great birthday party. Her actual birthday is today sooo… HAPPY BIRTHDAY BELLA!!! Ryan has been hard at work over the last couple of months refinishing their basement and we could not believe how good it looks; Ryan did a great job. Now if we could just get him here to finish ours. Lissy was kind enough to let us stay with her; Briley always enjoys staying with Aunt Lissy because she gets to help feed her fish…the simple pleasures. Well, I better get going; we hope everyone is doing well.
