We have been busy this fall, but having so much fun. I am so thankful for a baby that travels well! Two weekends ago we went to St. Louis again, but this time it was to the Fox Theater to see Beauty and the Beast. Briley of course loved it, and I do believe she clapped as energetically as she could after each number. She thankfully took after Andy with excitement, and enjoy watching it in her face.
Last weekend we went to Texas for Andy's cousin Lucy's wedding. We flew out that morning and Finley did very well on her first plane ride. Being the third child, I completely forgot to take a picture of her. I really need to work on this! We visited the Fort Worth Stockyards for some BBQ and Cow boy hats. Our kids now believe they are cowboys/girls and have been wearing their boots, hats, and plaid shirts everyday since we came home.
The wedding was that night and it was beautiful. I again did not get many pictures due to the fact I was holding Finley most of the night. We had a great time dancing; I love a wedding with a live band, and catching up with everyone. It was a short twenty-four hour trip, but we all enjoyed ourselves.
Monday was my last day home with the kids, and so I had a cleaning company come to our house. I spent the day playing with the kids. Thank you Tab and Jon for the awesome gift. We went to Chick-fil-a to eat and play, read some books, played in the leaves, and games. It was the perfect ending to my time off.
On Tuesday, Finley and I were up at 5:30a.m. and she was not too happy about me waking her up. We got to school and found my office was decorated. Everyone seemed excited to see us back and were good to me on my first day. The rest of the week was spent clearing viruses off of my computer, catching up on files, and meeting new families. It was crazy, but it I'm getting there.
Finley has four girls in her class that all were born in August. Three of them in the same week. Crazy busy for those teachers! I wish I could put a picture of them all together on here, but I can't. We have Finley, Sophia, Allie, and Harper. They are too cute:) Finley has been doing really well adjusting except for sleeping. The girl sleeps like an hour and a half total during the day. Makes for some cranky nights so I hope she adjusts soon.
Baylor stepped right into his room like he hadn't been gone at all which was good. He also started riding the bus this week. Andy puts Briley on the bus at 8:13 and Baylor at 8:17. I need him to get a picture of him on it. He seems to be pretty excited about it.
This weekend was just some much needed relaxing and catching up on things and enjoying the warm weather. Who knows how many more days we will get.

Our Latest Travels
Loving Beauty and the Beast
Viva and Finley having a little morning chat.
Fun at school.
I was looking through Briley's school work and found this worksheet on Needs vs. Wants. It makes me feel good to see this when as a Mom you can sometimes be down on yourself in this blog and pinterest perfect world. Life gets crazy and Lord knows we aren't perfect, but our kids seem to overlook our faults like forgetting to pick them up after to school, and love us anyway:)
Miss Briley also lost tooth number 3 today while she ate an apple so I guess the tooth fairy will be visiting our house.
