Memorial Weekend

We made our first trip to Kirksville this weekend! Everyone was excited to finally meet Briley. Our weekend was filled with BBQ's, swimming, baseball games, and our first trip to Church. Her Great Grandma and Grandpa were very happy to finally meet her on Saturday. Her Great Grandpa thought she was sweet but said to inform him when she was able to walk and talk. Her Uncle Andrew had a BBQ that night that we went to. He cooked some delicious steaks! Sunday began with Briley's first trip to Church. Rev. Jim said he was glad to see that Andy was carrying on the Early tradition of having girls. That afternoon we sat by the pool and relaxed. Papa Sparks had a BBQ that night and a crowd came over to meet Briley. They all thought she was a cutie. Overall, our first trip home went smoothly. Briley did a great job and even slept well in her pack and play. She only woke us up once each night! We enjoyed seeing everyone and promise we will be back soon.
