Meet The Early's: Another Busy Week!

Wow, who's ready for a cool down? This week we had some visitors, Mike, Amity and Asa came down to visit us and they were just in time to babysit Briley while Autumn and I went to the Kenny Chesney concert on Thursday night. It was great to have a night out and once we got use to the sweltering heat, the concert was great. On Friday Autumn, Amity and Briley went to see West Side Story at the Starlight Theatre. Now as much fun as that sounded, Mike, Asa and I opted out and instead went to a Royals game. In hindsight, I think West Side Story might have been more entertaining. Today we met Autumn's Uncle Rick and his girlfriend Lisa up in Autumn's favorite little town, Parkville. (I know, we picked the perfect week for all of these outdoor activities). While we were there we got Briley a new toy, a little pink elephant (actually, it's about the same size as Briley) and she has really taken to it and won't stop talking to it. Next weekend Briley has her cousins Jackson and Ellie visiting and she is so excited. Well I better get going, Briley's talking is turning into crying. Take care.
