This weekend we made another trek to St. Louis for our last Cardinals game of the season and yet again they lost; we were 1 and 4 in the win/loss column this year so I guess we are just bad luck. While at the game we took the opportunity to get our picture taken with the World Series Championship Trophy. That is when Briley decided she wanted just a little more than a picture and grabbed onto the trophy a tried to pull it off the podium, luckily it's a heavy trophy or Briley might have ended up on the front page of the St. Louis Post Dispatch. Aunt Lissy was nice enough to let us stay with her at her new apartment and she was a great host. On Saturday we drove down to St. Clair to see my friend Chad from college and his girlfriend Brooke. On our way home, we stopped in Columbia and had dinner with Aunt Kaitlin, Zane, Aunt Amity, Grandpa Mike, Uncle Asa and Uncle Rick. They were all in town for the MU game and it was a great opportunity to get to see them. Next week our road show continues as we head back to St. Louis for a wedding and then we are going on a traveling strike for the month of October. We hope everyone is doing well, take care.
