We loaded Briley up this morning and took a family trip to the pumpkin patch. What fun we had! They had so many different activities for families to do there. Andy really enjoyed the Pumpkin Popper. We took the hayride out to the pumpkin patch and got 107 pounds of pumpkins! We filled a wheelbarrow full of all different sizes, shapes, and colors. As you can see below, we also had a good time taking Briley's pictures among the pumpkins. She was a good sport considering she had her 6 month shots yesterday.
Briley went to the doctor yesterday for her 6 month check up. She weighed in at 13lbs 12.8oz. and is 251/2 inches tall. She is in the 10th percentile for her weight and the 50th percentile for her height. The pendulum has swung the opposite direction from her 2 month appointment. She is now our tall skinny girl. She also did a great job with her shots. She was smiling at the nurses 5 seconds after they had given her a shot.
Briley has also been trying so hard to crawl and it has become increasingly frustrating for her that she gets no where. She now gets up on all fours and rocks back and forth. I took a picture of her doing this today.
