Congratulations to the Cleavers and Am!

What a busy weekend! We got up early on Saturday and headed to Jefferson City to meet the newest addition to the Cleaver family. They had a baby boy named Brighton Harris on Cinco de Mayo. He is going to have a great 21st birthday I'm sure. He is absolutely precious! We are so happy for the two of you and we can't wait to see him in a few weeks.
After we visited with them, we went to Columbia for Amity's graduation. She graduated from Stephen's College and will be heading to Washington University in the fall for grad school. Andy, Dad, and Rick really enjoyed the man hating graduation. Stephen's is a women's college and they had feminist speaker that basically said the world would not be in the trouble it is in if women were in charge. My Dad said he was waiting for them to start throwing darts at all the men in the crowd. It was pretty entertaining. After graduation, we went out to eat at a local wine bar before heading back home.
Sunday was Mother's Day and we spent the day relaxing. Andy and Briley made me a delicious breakfast before we went to church. Briley gave me a little glass jar that she had painted that was filled with hugs and kisses. She let me have the jar, but felt the candy belonged to her. Andy caught her today chowing down on the rest of the chocolate. Oh well, I guess I probably didn't need it. I also spent the day watching a movie that I had been wanting to see and Andy even gave me a back massage. What a perfect day!
