This past Sunday we went to the Cardinals-Royals game at Kauffman Stadium. Andy scored 4 tickets at work that were ten rows up on the first base line so we were pretty excited. This was my first time at Kauffman since they remodeled it and it was really nice. They have a great area for kids and the food was really good. There was a Jose Peppers stand, Gates BBQ, and the best part, Stroud's. We went with Strouds chicken and cinnamon rolls. Delicious! The clouds rolled in at the beginning of the game and we were afraid thunderstorms were coming but the clouds lifted and we baked in the sun for the whole game. It was a long game with an extra inning but the Card's pulled through and we won! Baylor and Briley were both really good throughout the game eventhough it was so hot. Overall, we had a great time, and Briley is already talking about going back for another game.
