Valentine's Day and First Haircut

Last weekend we made a trip home since we had not been home since Christmas. My Dad took us out to eat at the Pear Tree which is always delicious! Briley also got to spend some time with all of her cousins which is always a good time. She gets very excited when we tell her she is going to see her cousins. We were actually looking at pictures yesterday and I was quizzing her on everyones names. I showed her a picture of Bella and she said "Bella pretty". It was a picture from Christmas and Bella was in her pretty dress for Church. We went to my Grandparents on Sunday for luch before we headed back home. Grandpa's birthday was this week so we had lunch and presents. He seemed to enjoy spending time with everyone at home. Briley enjoyed exploring their house and finding all of our old toys. She really liked my Mom's old toy sweeper.
Briley's fascination has been building towers lately. Andy and I gave her some stacking blocks for Valentine's Day and she loves them! She follows us around saying "tower, tower, tower" until we do it. She is a very persistant little girl. She also got a large lollipop for Valentine's Day. Nothing better than eating a lollipop when you get up in the morning.
Briley had her first haircut on Wednesday. She did pretty well when she sat on my lap, but she was very hesitant at first as you can tell by the pictures. We just had the back trimmed up a bit to try and get rid of the mullet. She got a tootsie roll for being such a good girl and that seemed to make everything okay.
Well, I better go for now, but we will update next week when we close on the house! Yea!!!!!!!!
