Happy Birthday to Daddy and Viva!

We celebrated Andy's birthday this weekend. Friday night Andy's grandparents came into town and we met them for dinner at Stroud's. Yummy! I had been looking forward to this meal all week. Andy and I usually only eat there when we have family in town. It is not the place you want to frequently go to unless you want to double your weight. I don't think there is a healthy thing on the menu, but it is oh so good. After dinner, we headed home to meet Jonathan, Tabitha, and Brighton. They were staying with us for the weekend because Jonathan had a conference on Saturday. We pulled into our driveway and our house had been TPed! Tabitha ran out and swore they didn't do it and about that time our neighbors yelled out "Happy Birthday" from their houses. I took a few pictures of it, but it was dark so they aren't the best.

Andy's parents came down on Saturday morning to celebrate Andy's birthtday. Grandpa Mike and Karen also came over to see our house and then we went to lunch. We came back to the house and Andy and Mike planted a tree and some shrubs in our backyard. I know that is what Andy wanted to do on his birthday! Oh well it looks really good. Briley unwrapped Andy's present while we were all outside not paying attention to her. I came in and it was all over the floor so I just called Andy in to see it because I wasn't going to wrap it up again. I got him Mizzou tickets for us to go to. I am really excited to take Briley to her first MU football game. We are sitting close to the band so I know she is going to love it.

That night we met Jonathan at the Plaza for the art fair. It was really crowded but the food was delicious. After eating, I took Briley into the toy store to look around. She found the cutest toy shopping cart and took it as her own. She walked around the store and filled it with each and everything that she wanted. It looked like she was at the grocery store grabbing this and that. I finally had to have Andy come in to assist me. I couldn't take the cart away, put all the toys away, and carry her out kicking and screaming. I guess we know what she wants from Santa:) We had cake and Viva had a apple cinnamon pupcake from the barkary to celebrate their birthdays that night.

Andy's parents left Sunday morning and then the Cleaver's and us went out to brunch at Trolley's before they headed home. I spent the rest of the day trying to rest. I have been having some rough nights lately and just can't get a good night's sleep. I spend my nights sleep walking and getting ready for school at 1 in the morning, and having the weirdest dreams. I know it is probably the hormones and I hope I get over it soon. I don't know how much more of this I can take.
