Camp Out and A New Swing Set

Two weekends ago we got a call from one of our old neighbors who wanted to know whether we would want to have their old swingset. We asked how much and they said free. Andy and I can't pass up a deal like that so we said sure, and Andy was off to get it. He spent this week repainting and staining it and we had some neighbors over this past weekend to assemble it. Not only did our old neighbor bring the swingset over, but he came back this weekend with a pink doughnut for Briley at her request and helped set it all up. She was so excited for the doughnut and the swingset!! Thank you Schmidts! Andy and Briley also had a camp out in the backyard last Saturday night. Andy set it all up while she was playing out front and then he came around and asked her to go look in the backyard. She was giddy. He set up the tent and had her portable DVD player going. They watched Princess and the Frog, and ate popcorn before going to sleep. I did have a funny story about Baylor from this morning. He was laying on our bathroom floor while I was in my closet getting dressed when I began to hear Viva whining and yelping. I looked out to see Baylor pulling Viva's hair on her face. She was just laying there whining for me to help while Baylor was grinning from ear to ear. He loves pulling hair! Briley and Viva just need to learn not to get too close to his face. This coming weekend we will be going to the Midweat Hot Air Balloon Festival. After the movie Up, Briley has been wanting to go in a hot air balloon so bad. In fact, she and Cooper have been planning on going in one together. I told her they could when they get married:) For now, going to see them up close will have to be good enough.
