Summer Vacation 2017

We had such a blast on vacation this year.  It was kind of nice having it at the end of summer so that we had something to look forward to before school started up again.  We went with Andy's family this year, and stayed in one house.  I loved the location, and our house.  I think there was a lot of things we didn't take advantage of that we will have to try next time if we stay there again.
The kids all had a blast, and we really didn't see much of them because they were busy playing with cousins.  What a great experience that they get to have these shared memories.  There was a lot of boogie boarding, sand castle building, best room contests, movie nights, swimming, Frost Bites, Sugar Shack, full moon, bonfires, perfect weather, and shell collecting on the beach.  As Andy and I keep saying each year gets a little easier as they get a little older.  We were able to spend more time at the beach since Atticus was good with snuggling up on a beach chair for his nap.  Hard to believe that the next time we go he will be four years old.  Perfect week with some great memories.
