Another First!

Today we had another first, Briley is now crawling. Autumn’s sister Amity is in town for a couple days and we were all sitting around talking when we noticed her crawling towards a water bottle that was sitting on the floor. To see if it was for real, we moved the water bottle further back and sure enough, she went right after it. She seems to be catching on really fast because every minute that goes buy, she is moving a little faster. She has also started to pull her self up on things so I guess it’s time to child proof the house.

Yesterday evening Al and Meagan Williams and Randy and Katie Timbers came over for a Thanksgiving dinner. Autumn loves doing dinner parties and this was a great excuse to use our china for the first time (we’ve had it since our wedding). The night started out very classy but then we broke out the box wine and things unraveled some what (as you can see in the photos below). Aunt Sara and Uncle Ryan were back in town for a wedding and as always Briley was very happy to see them. Today we spent the day decorating our home for Christmas and it looks great; we wanted to get it all done before Thanksgiving so we don’t have to worry about it when we get back. Autumn and I are very excited for the upcoming week as we only have two days of work and then we are flying our to Colorado Springs for Thanksgiving on Wednesday; it will be Briley’s first time on a plane so we are interested to see how it goes.
