This morning we celebrated Christmas in our home before Andy left for work. He gets home around 12 and then we will be off to Kirksville for Christmas with our families. I must say that Christmas was more fun with Briley this year. She loved all of her gifts and has been playing all morning long. I would have to say that her favorite gifts were her baby, new cups, and stroller. I never knew that "cuppys" could be so exciting but she has wanted me to fill each and everyone up for her all morning long. She was also very happy to get her baby. She has put it to sleep, fed it, taken it for a walk in the stroller, and baked it in her new oven. She is going to be a great Mommy someday!
I had ordered Andy's present on Ebay in November and sadly, it has not shown up. I was so sad his gift did not arrive so I wrapped up a picture and gave that to him. He is supposed to be getting a set of Cutco steak knives. Let's hope they come in soon. He also got a balloon animal kit, magic tricks,a scrabble game, and a new pillow. He has gotten a new pillow every year since we have been married and has yet to find one he likes. My fingers are crossed that this pillow will be the one.
Andy got me an adorable door knocker for our future house that was personalized, a gardening kit, and a rubbermaid container for my tutu materials. He is tired of tulle strewn all over the closet. Overall, our Christmas was perfect and we hope yours is just as memorable.
