After Disney we needed a few days of rest so we went down to Tampa and spent a little time with the Brawners. We went to the beach, ate some good food, and the highlight of the trip was seeing Winter the dolphin at the Clearwater Aquarium. Briley has talked about going to see Winter since Caroline and Jared moved down there so she was super pumped about it. This aquarium is unique because it is actually an animal hospital that rescues sea life. Each one has its own little story about how they were rescued and their progress. They release as many as they can back into the wild, but some like Winter would not survive. There is another dolphin named Hope that was rescued 5 years and one day after Winter and my bet is that the new Dolphin Tales movie will be about her. Briley can't wait for her next visit.
