I never knew that turning four years old could be as eventful as it has been for Mr. Baylor. I have a feeling that this is the party that he will always remember as being the best. With Disney World, Disney on Ice, and a party I don't know how we can top it!
This year his birthday was on a Monday and he came running into our room that morning to inform us that he was four now with his hands on his hips. So proud! I took treats in for his class and again he was too cute standing there with his hands on his hips as they sang to him. That night he requested chicken nuggets for dinner so I worked really hard on that. We gave him his gifts and he was excited to get a balance bike like his best friend Rex. He couldn't wait to ride it outside. In fact, he took one bite of his cake and threw it in the trash because he wanted to get back to riding his bike.
On Saturday we went to Disney On Ice at the Sprint Center which was a lot of fun. We sat down on the fourth row so we were super close and the kids all loved it. I still remember going to Disney on Ice as a kid and I hope they enjoyed it as much as I did. It was a beautiful day so we held the party outside and it was perfect. We had a few neighbors and family there and we kept it pretty low key. He enjoyed all of his gifts that weren't clothes, but his favorites would have to be his remote controlled plane and his light up shoes. He insists on wearing those shoes everyday. Thanks Am:)
How to describe Baylor at four? This boy asks why a lot and is so curious about everything. He loves school and riding the bus. His favorite place to be is home and he loves cuddling unlike his sisters. There is a house that we drive by on a daily basis that he calls a castle and I asked him last week if he would like to go inside it, and he said, "No, I want to go to our home." It will be a sad day if we ever move. He loves sports and can't wait until he can play soccer like Briley in the fall. He is concerned about your feelings. He wants everyone to be happy and he will ask you all day long if you are happy. He loves his sisters and he is very protective of Finley. He informs everyone that Finley is his baby and they better not get to close. He and Briley fight like siblings do, but he tries every night to sleep in Briley's room.
