Happy Easter!

The week of Easter, Andy was off to Tampa for work.  He was able to stop in and see the Brawner crew one of the days.  The kids were all jealous that he got to see Emmie and Sully, but he did send us some pictures.
On Saturday morning Finley had her first soccer game.  Briley had one at the same time so we divided and conquered.  Finley wanted Dad at her game so I was at Briley's.  It turns out Finley really enjoys soccer, and Andy describes her as a bowling ball going down the field knocking girls down right and left with a big smile on her face.
After the games we packed the car and took off for Pella.  It was such a beautiful day, and we spent most of it outside.  We did sneak off to the cute little shops downtown for a bit.  They are so much fun to go into.  The rest of the group came up later for dinner, and then we had a scavenger hunt through the downtown.  We finished off the evening with some yummy ice cream.
The next day we went to Church followed by lunch, and the Easter egg hunt.  Briley scored the golden egg this year, and she was so excited.
Once we got back home, our kids searched for eggs in our yard, and opened their Easter baskets that were left for them. They had been so excited about getting home to see what they had gotten.  It was such a beautiful Easter this year.  So much better than the snow we had last year.
